1. Digital Product Nature

All our products are non-tangible, digital goods delivered electronically.
Once a purchase is completed, the files are instantly accessible and downloadable.
As such, refunds are generally not provided after successful delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
The product delivered is corrupted or incomplete, and support could not resolve the issue.
You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at support@businessfuelhub.com within 7 days of purchase.
Include your order details, payment ID, and the reason for the request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
